Refund & cancellation
How deposits, cancellations, and refunds work for commissioned analytics engagements.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for Logicmatrixhub engagements (journey audits, cohort studies, affinity reviews, visualization packs, and related workshops). Website browsing is free and has no refundable charge.
Timeframe
Cancellation requests should be emailed to hello@logicmatrixhub.click before the scheduled kickoff. Requests after kickoff are assessed under partial-refund rules below.
Full refund
A full refund of amounts paid is available if we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control, or if you cancel in writing more than seven (7) days before the agreed kickoff and no data preparation has begun.
Partial refund
If you cancel fewer than seven days before kickoff, or after data preparation has started but before findings delivery, we may retain a portion of the deposit reflecting work already performed (commonly 30–60% of fees paid, documented in writing). The unused remainder is refundable.
Non-refundable items
- Completed findings packs and visualization deliverables once handed over
- Completed live readout sessions
- Third-party costs pre-approved in writing (for example specialized data processing) already incurred
Work already started
Once exports are cleaned, paths reconstructed, or drafts underway, fees for that phase are earned. We will itemize remaining work if you pause or cancel mid-engagement.
Deposits
A typical 40% deposit reserves analyst time. Deposits follow the full and partial refund rules above.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a kickoff or readout once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 10% of the engagement fee.
No-shows
If your team misses a scheduled readout without notice, the session is considered delivered for that milestone; a replacement session may be billed separately.
Refund process & method
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method where possible, or via bank transfer to an account you nominate. Contact hello@logicmatrixhub.click or 022941921 with your engagement reference.
Exceptions
If a statement of work sets different cancellation terms for a multi-phase program, that document prevails for those phases.
