A Bangkok practice for commerce behavior

Logicmatrixhub studies how shoppers behave inside e-commerce catalogs—and turns that study into engagements founders and merchandisers can act on.

Registered business

The official registered business name is Logicmatrixhub Co., Ltd.. The company was established in 2019 in Bangkok, Thailand, after its founders spent years sitting beside local retailers who had plentiful charts and too little shared interpretation.

Early work focused on festive-sale postmortems for fashion and beauty labels along the Chao Phraya corridor. Those reviews grew into a standing practice: journey audits, cohort studies, affinity reviews, and visualization packs commissioned by e-commerce brands that want behavior evidence before they change assortment, loyalty offers, or agency briefs.

Mission

Give commerce teams a clear reading of customer behavior—where attention breaks, which first purchases return, and which paths deserve budget—without drowning them in another unused reporting login.

How we work with clients

Engagements begin with a brief and a data checklist, not a software onboarding tour. Analysts reconstruct journeys from your exports and analytics accounts, draft findings in plain language, and hold a live readout so merchandising, marketing, and leadership hear the same story. We stay close to Rama 3 when on-site workshops help; otherwise we deliver remotely across Thailand and the wider region.
